John works at Selltis Technologies, where he is involved in CRM/SFA software applications. Some of his responsibilities include:

• Client management - formulating goals and establishing input metrics with senior management
• Implementation management from the sales process through customer adoption and customer management.
• Consulting on and enhancing customer’s business processes.
• Relationship building (external and internal business partners) and contract negotiations
